Digital Products Policy

OET PractiForge provides immediate, digital access to proprietary exam simulation materials. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download or cloud access, they are entirely irrevocable.

Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made and access to a premium exam has been granted.

Exceptions

We value our students and want to ensure a fair experience. Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Billing: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• Non-Delivery of Service: If a technical failure on our server permanently prevents you from accessing the exam you purchased, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Cancellations

There are no recurring subscription fees on OET PractiForge. All purchases are one-time payments for specific exam access. Therefore, no formal cancellation of a subscription is required.

We recommend utilizing our free trial tests to ensure our platform meets your needs and is compatible with your device before making a premium purchase. If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exception policy, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
